Job description

• Provide a high service standard for students and quality control of services
• Respond to student requests relating to procedures, admission, student resources, student problems
• Organize student event and activities; to provide interesting student experiences and lives
• Provide academic service to students (way of learning, contact to professors, advice, soft skills, international transfer, international exchange
• Ensure accurate records of student attendance are being maintained and absences are being communicated to academic management in a timely manner
• Ensure regular feedback from students and Group Leaders is received and acts accordingly within the School’s limits in a timely manner
• Deliver English lessons in students clubs

Working location: FPT Swinburne, No. 2, Duong Khue, Cau Giay, Hanoi

Requirement:

• Hold Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Have at least 3 years of experience in relevant areas
• Dedicate to students and education
• Native English is a plus
